Warrior Leveling – An Unconventional Guide

Hi and welcome to my unconventional warrior guide. If you read this you have probably already checked out dozens of leveling guides that are available everywhere. But even with so many guides they all repeat what we already know for ages. I promise you that this guide is different from the rest.

I want to show you a little known concept that makes leveling easier. Although we come across this concept in our job all the time there are only a few gamers who know you can apply it on WoW as well.

The concept I’m talking about is called batching. It’s all about identifying similar tasks and do them all at once. How can you lever faster by batching similar tasks?

In fact it is really easy. Whenever you start a task, let’s say you want to buy a gem or start an auction, you have to spend a few moments to prepare for the task. Like traveling to the auction house. This preparation time is know as on-ramp time. The more different tasks you do in a chaotic order the more time you waste without accomplishing anything.

This is why my warrior guide recommend you to batch all your tasks! I’m going to give you a short example. I bet you know exactly which glyphs you want to equip on your leveling journey. Don’t buy each glyph at a different time. Instead you can buy them right now and prepare them in your bags.

You have just increased your leveling speed! There’s no need to visit the auction house for just one more item anymore in the future. That means a lot less travel time. You level even faster since you can use the glyph right away.

And you can also use batching to plan out your warrior spec as well. Or you check which kind of items you would like to have to level faster beforehand and get them right at the beginning of your journey.
